Ecological management

We are all bound to the correct ecological management of waste produced by electrical and electronic equipment. This task is regulated in the European Union since the year 2003.

The teams must be designed so that they are more efficient. Likewise, they must be less pollutant and, at the end of its service life, become residues that are easier to treat.

Authorised manager no. 13G05A1400005606and of non-hazardous waste.

Authorized carrier of non-hazardous waste.

In Spain, the last regulation in this field is the Royal Decree-law 110/2015. Outlines the obligations of users, manufacturers, importers, distributors and managers. All this in order to promote environmental protection. The RD highlights the key role of distributors in the collection of waste. It sets out the technical requirements of the treatment facilities.

In LQS we count with the ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications for storage, handling, transport and specialised distribution of goods and management of non-hazardous waste.

The fact is that the volume of waste has been increasing. News of the diversion of uncontrolled waste ending in less developed countries appear in the media. In addition to pollution problems, components with a significant economic value are lost.

The fact of being specialized in technological equipment, made us immediately decide to incorporate the ecological management as another outstanding service of our portfolio.
