We work for the main manufacturers of large printing equipment and equipment for office automation. Our customers are confident that whatever they need, we at LQS have all the solutions for this sector.
We offer services of storage, handling and distribution of equipment, both new and used. We place them at the final destination point indicated by the customers. For it we study and solve all the access difficulties that we can find. In this sense we have all type of tools and special means for it’s handling.
In the graphic industry, the architectural barriers unite with the difficulties derived from the dimensions of the printing equipment.
Thanks to the specialized training of our crews, we connect and configure the equipment. Before we leave we perform printing tests. This way we confirm that they are all operative at the moment of the delivery. This translates into time and resource savings for our customers.
In those cases where the intervention of our technicians is necessary, the work plan coordinates all the personnel involved. The goal is for the equipment to be up and running as soon as possible. Subsequently, we also take care of the maintenance and repair of the equipment, through our technical force.
If end users need training in how to handle the equipment, we can give it it in their own workplace, and even at the time of installation.
All of our added value services fit in the attention to the printing sector. The advantage of a flexible structure such as ours is that it allows us to connect our different services depending on the customers needs.
Among other things, we perform IMACD, preconfiguration, reconditioning, mastering, silkscreen, Roll-out, safe hard drive erasure… Also scrap, parts and consumables management or technical courier. We have more than 350 replacement points for technicians (PUDOS). We do reverse logistics and, of course, eco-management and certification.
